Welcome to SkillAllApp, a professional skills upgrade app provided by Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zurich) at Rämistrasse 101, 8092 Zurich, Switzerland. By accessing or using SkillAllApp.com ("SkillAllApp"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using any service, information product, or physical goods offered through SkillAllApp, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our offerings.

2. Use of Services

SkillAllApp provides professional development services, digital courses, and branded merchandise designed to enhance your skills. All content and interactions must comply with applicable laws and these terms.

3. Service Categories

3.1 Professional Services

Includes live coaching sessions, personalized workshops, and one-on-one training focused on skill enhancement.

3.2 Information Products

Includes on-demand video courses, tutorials, e-guides, and other downloadable materials.

3.3 Physical Goods

Includes branded books, workbooks, and training kits shipped to your address.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Professional Services

If you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled session and no materials have been delivered, you are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within ten business days.

If you request cancellation less than 48 hours before a session or after a session has commenced, services are non-refundable due to reserved time and preparation. However, you may reschedule a session once if you notify us at least 24 hours before the original start time.

4.2 Information Products

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided you have not accessed or downloaded the digital content. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within fourteen business days. Once any portion of the content is accessed, the purchase becomes final and no refund will be issued.

4.3 Physical Goods

Physical goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they remain in original, unused condition with proof of purchase. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Upon receipt and inspection, the purchase price minus a handling fee will be returned to the original payment method within fifteen business days.

4.4 Non-Refundable Items

Certain promotional consultations and group training events are non-refundable once booked due to limited availability and preparatory efforts. These may be rescheduled upon request at least 72 hours before the event.

5. Payment and Returns

All fees are stated in the pricing information at the time of purchase. Payments must be made via the methods provided on SkillAllApp.com. Returned payments follow the timelines noted in the Refund Policy sections above.

6. Rescheduling

For professional services, you may request one reschedule per session if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. For non-refundable group events or consultations, rescheduling is permitted if requested at least 72 hours in advance.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, trademarks, and data on SkillAllApp remain the property of Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zurich) or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkillAllApp and ETH Zurich will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services, information products, or goods.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland without regard to conflict of laws principles.
